Laboratory packages
- How does the online store work? : Choose the product you want, add to the shopping cart, and proceed to pay. The most common online banks and payment cards are available.
- How do I make an appointment for the service? : You can book an appointment according to the instructions you received in the confirmation email either in Aava's online appointment booking or in the application. Services can be booked without a doctor's referral.
- Can I buy as a gift? : Yes, you can buy services as a gift.
- Where in Aava can I go to use the service I bought? : The services are available at all Aava locations with a laboratory. You can find a list of Aava medical centers here.
- Where do the results go? : The results are delivered to the Aava application and the OmaAava web service.
- What after that? : You can make an appointment with the doctor for a more detailed analysis of the results. This can be done directly through the Aava application or website.
- I have lost the code of my purchase : If you have lost your code, contact our customer service and we will help you find the details of your order.
- I did not receive an order confirmation : Check your email's spam folder. If the confirmation is not found, contact customer service.
- How long is the gift card valid for? : Gift cards are valid for six months from the date of purchase. Remember to use them before the expiration date.
Online trainings
When can I start coaching? You can start coaching whenever it suits you best. After you have paid for the training, you will receive a link and a password to our training platform in the email you indicated within 2 business days, after which you can start the training.
How do I start coaching?
- Choose the online coaching you want.
- Take the online training to the shopping cart and make the payment.
- After you have paid for the training, you will receive a link and a password to our training platform in your email within 2 business days. You can start coaching.
- The training starts with instruction and presentation materials, as well as the first week's training materials. You will have access to new materials for the next 8–12 weeks. New materials appear every week, starting from the day you sign up for the course.
How long does the training take?
8–12 weeks depending on online coaching.
Can I pay for the training with an incentive benefit (e.g. Epassi/Edenred, etc.)?
Unfortunately, online coaching cannot be paid for with the incentive benefit for tax reasons.
Can I buy online coaching as a gift for another person?
Unfortunately, online coaching is personal and cannot be bought as a gift for another person.
Return and cancellation
- How do I return or change the service? : According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel an unused service within 14 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service before making a return to ensure that the return process goes smoothly. The customer is responsible for the costs of the return.
