Terms of use
1. General
These terms of use apply to the online store of Lääkärikeskus Aava Oy ("Aava"). The online store offers Aava's own services. Aava staff or healthcare professionals can perform the service. These terms and conditions apply in the business relationship between Aava and the customer. Placing an order requires acceptance of the terms.
Aava reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions valid at the time they are placed. The changes will take effect immediately, unless mandatory legislation stipulates otherwise.
2. The customer
The customer must be of legal age, or those under 18 must have the guardian's consent. The customer undertakes to provide correct and complete information when ordering. Finnish and EU consumer protection legislation is followed in the consumer trade.
3. Products, services and price list
All prices include value added tax (VAT 24%), unless otherwise stated. Changes in the prices of products and services take effect immediately and do not affect orders already made. If there is an obvious error in the price, Aava reserves the right not to deliver the product at the incorrect price. All orders are confirmed by email, which contains the ordered products and services.
4. Payment methods
The payment is processed at the time of the order, unless otherwise agreed. Available payment methods include the most common online banks, payment cards and MobilePay.
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.

5. Delivery and performance
Gift cards and service confirmations are delivered electronically by email. The delivery time varies depending on the service and product category, and more detailed information is provided in the order confirmation. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the email address is correct.
6. Right of cancellation and returns
According to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has a 14-day right of cancellation for unused services and salable products. The customer is responsible for the costs of the return, unless it is a product defect. There is no right to cancel services if the service has already started.
7. Incorrect delivery or product
If the delivery is incorrect, the customer must notify Aava's customer service within 14 days. Aava is only responsible for errors in its own products and services.
8. Limitation of liability
Aava is not responsible for delivery delays or problems caused by force majeure. Aava is also not responsible for errors or damages caused by the customer's activities. Liability is limited to the value of the ordered product or service.
9. Data protection
The customer's personal data is processed in accordance with data protection legislation. More information can be found in Aava's privacy statement .
10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation. If necessary, the customer can refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board. In the event of a dispute, Finnish law applies, and the matter can be handled in the district court of the customer's domicile. The corporate customer must have the dispute resolved by the district court in the district court of Aava's domicile.
